PARTNERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Partnership Fund: The Partner agrees to partner with an amount ranging from $500 to $3,000 in the YOU FIRST PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM.
- Partnership Benefit (PB): The Partner shall receive a weekly PB as per the selected plan, as indicated above.
- Payout Schedule: PB payouts shall be processed every Friday of the week [between 5:00pm GMT+1 and 7:00pm GMT+1] into the partner’s provided payment account.
- Partnership Duration: The minimum partnership period is one month and a maximum of 3 months.
- Withdrawal Terms: The Partner must withdraw profits weekly. Principal withdrawal before the agreed duration is subject to The Company’s discretion and applicable penalties.
- Risk Disclosure: The partner acknowledges that trading in financial markets carries inherent risks. While The Company endeavors to ultimately maximize profits for the benefit and growth of all partners through its team of professional traders, it does not expressly guarantee absolute profits or protection against loss of capital.
- Non-Liability Clause: The Partner agrees that The Company is not liable for any unforeseen financial losses due to market fluctuations, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
- Compliance: The partner agrees to comply with all regulatory requirements and provide any necessary documentation required for partnership verification.
- Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by either party with prior written notice of at least 7 days. Upon termination, the partner’s capital shall be refunded within 14 days, subject to deductions for any applicable charges.
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
