Admax Forex Academy Affiliate Terms of Service

Welcome to the Admax Forex Academy Affiliate Program. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation as an affiliate of Admax Forex Academy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By signing up or participating in our affiliate program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To become an affiliate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Have a valid bank account or crypto wallet for commission payouts.
- Not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
2. Program Overview
Admax Forex Academy is a professional forex trading institution offering:
- Hands-on forex trading training programs.
- Partnership-based plans, where we trade partner funds and provide ROI either weekly or monthly depending on the selected plan.
As an affiliate, you will earn commissions for referring individuals to:
- Enroll in our forex training programs.
- Participate in our trading partnership plans.
3. Affiliate Commission Structure
Training Referrals:
- Affiliates earn up to 3 % commission per successful training enrollment through their referral link or code.
Partnership Plan Referrals:
- Affiliates earn up to 5 % commission based on the amount deposited by the referred client for our trading partnership plans.
Commission percentages may be adjusted at our discretion. All commissions are subject to verification and approval.
4. Commission Payouts
- Payouts are processed on a [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly] basis.

- Commissions will be paid via bank transfer or cryptocurrency wallet as specified in your affiliate profile.

- Avoid deceptive claims, misleading earnings statements, or guarantees of ROI.
- Refrain from using spam, unsolicited messages, or prohibited advertising methods.
We reserve the right to revoke affiliate access if we believe promotional activities are misleading, unethical, or violate these Terms.
6. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Use fraudulent or deceptive tactics to gain referrals.
- Misrepresent your relationship with Admax Forex Academy.
- Use unauthorized branding or intellectual property.
- Promote Admax Forex Academy on websites containing hate speech, illegal content, or any material deemed inappropriate by us.
7. Tracking and Attribution
- Referrals are tracked using unique affiliate links or codes.
- We are not responsible for untracked sales or leads due to cookie blocking, user settings, or incorrect usage of affiliate links.
8. Termination
We may terminate your participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination include:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Engaging in prohibited promotional methods.
- Inactivity for a prolonged period (e.g., 90 days).
Upon termination, all pending commissions may be forfeited, and you must cease all promotional use of Admax Forex Academy branding.
9. Limitation of Liability
Admax Forex Academy shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or incidental damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
- Loss of commissions due to technical issues, tracking failures, or other unforeseen problems.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
